Get ready to bring back the good old days of a country festival. Held annually the first Saturday after Labor Day, this year’s Festival is on September 6, 2008.

You’ll start the day with a hearty Pancake Breakfast, cooked and served by the Rural Tangent Fire Department. At 10 a.m. we’ll strike up the bands as the Community Parade winds through town. Follow the parade to the Festival Grounds for all the activities, food, music and exhibits. At the end of the day, you’ll be treated to a delicious Steak Barbeque with all the trimmings.
